We are a small US based company, focused on personal and customized care. We have been informally coordinating care for plastic surgery for over 10 years but Sirena Surgical Services wasn’t born until I had a horrible experience using a coordinator for my second surgery.
We are experienced US Dolls who aim to cater to international patients wishing to have surgery in the Dominican Republic. Our word means everything, which means we only work with the best and we work hard so you don’t have to. We know what its like to be lied to, taken advantage of or just plain confused and feeling alone. Having your trust is our privilege.

My name is Cherry Martinez
and I am the owner and administrator of Sirena Surgical Services. I also serve as assistant to Dr. Rafael Sanchez Acosta. I am born and raised in NYC and have been working in the medical field for over 20 years.
After having my own surgeries and having terrible experience with a coordinator and recovery home, I decided I would do it better, Since day one we havent stopped improving.
I personally coordinate and organize all of your services and I am always a stones throw away. I am dedicated to making sure your experience with us during such a vulnerable time is a special one.
Between coordinating for patients, having my own surgeries, assisting surgeons, owning a recovery house and more, I think I have the experience and respect to help you through this process. Having your trust is my privilege!
The Snatch Squad
Throughout your surgery and recovery process, you will be accompanied by your own Snatch Specialist. She will spend the day with you at Pre Op, making sure you get it all done smoothly. Don't worry about language barriers.
She will meet you at the clinic the following day for surgery. After surgery, she will serve as your overnight nurse and spend the night with you. The next morning, she will escort you home and ensure your transition is smooth. We're not done yet, so don't worry!
Snatch Squad clients will be accompanied on three shopping excursions - The Faja Store for fitting assistance, The Snatch Squad Gift Trip, and one outing of your choice.
